Appointment Scheduling Policy
Online booking is available for both new and returning clients. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We value our artists’ time and carefully reserve each appointment exclusively for you. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service to account for the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
